Terms of use

Use of this site

This site gives general information and a phone number that connects callers with independent biohazard cleanup companies. It is not a cleanup company and does not give legal, medical, insurance or financial advice.

The companies

Companies you reach through this site are independent. They set their own prices and terms. Any agreement for work is between you and the company. Check that a company has the licences and insurance the work requires before you hire it.

Information

Facts about Kentucky law and local offices were checked against official sources on the date given in the page sources. Laws and contact details change; confirm anything important with the office concerned.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, this site is not liable for work done by any company, or for decisions made on the basis of its general information.
