How the referral works
This site does not clean anything. It connects your call with a company that does.

From call to cleanup
You call
The number on this site is routed by a call service to an independent biohazard cleanup company that takes calls for your ZIP code.
You talk to the company
Explain what happened. They will ask about the rooms, the time involved and whether police have released the home.
They quote
The company sets its own price and terms and explains what is included.
You choose
You can book, ask for time to think, or call other companies. Nothing is agreed until you say so.
They do the work
The company you hire is responsible for the work, its licences and its insurance.
How this site is paid
Cleanup companies pay a referral fee for calls. That is how the site is funded. It does not change the company’s price to you as far as this site knows, and it does not mean this site has checked the company’s work. The referral disclosure explains this in full.
Questions worth asking any company
- What exactly is included, and what is not.
- How the waste will be handled and disposed of.
- What insurance the company carries.
- Whether it will send its invoice to an insurer or the Crime Victims Compensation Board.
- How it will confirm the job is finished.
