Accessibility statement
Our aim
This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Pages use real headings in order, text with enough contrast against its background, descriptive link text, alternative text on photographs, and controls that work with a keyboard.
What has been done
- Every page starts with a link that skips to the main content.
- The menu and its sections open with a keyboard and announce whether they are open.
- Text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content, and the layout adapts to small screens.
- Motion is kept to a minimum and respects the reduced-motion setting.
- The site works without JavaScript.
Known limits
Some linked documents, such as state forms and statutes, are PDF files published by other organisations and may not be fully accessible. Contact the publishing office for another format.
